India Salary & Career Calculators is a small, free utility site for Indian employees, job seekers and students who need quick, honest answers to everyday salary and job-change questions.
What this site does
Most salary questions in India come down to simple arithmetic that is annoying to do by hand: what a hike percentage means in rupees, what a CTC figure looks like per month, when a notice period ends, and how many working days fall in a period. These calculators handle exactly those cases, with Indian conventions like rupee grouping, LPA and CTC built in.
How the calculations work
Every calculator runs in your browser using plain JavaScript. There is no server-side processing of your figures, no account, no login, and no external calculation service. If you go offline after the page loads, the calculators keep working.
What we deliberately avoid
We do not publish a fixed nationwide holiday calendar, because holidays differ by state, employer and year. We do not claim to compute exact take-home salary, because that depends on your salary structure and tax situation. And we do not present anything on this site as legal, tax or financial advice.
